RESERVATIONS

Apartment reservations have to be made on our website.After availability confirmation by Lisbon Gateway, you will then have 24 hours to transfer 25% of the reservation’s total value.

After receiving the payment, the reservation will be confirmed and a confirmation email will be sent to you with the exact address of the apartment.The remaining reservation value must be paid in cash at the arrival, together with the safety deposit (completely refundable at check-out, in case there are no damages or any missing items).


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests are subject to the following penalties, depending on the date of notification regarding the booking date:

More than 30 days in advance: 50% of the total deposit will be refunded in all cases (including cases of force majeure).Less than 30 days in advance: non-refundable.


RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE APARTMENTS

Alfama is the oldest district of Lisbon and therefore a residential area. We hope all our guests respect their neighbors who, given their advanced age, need their nightly rest. Thus, parties, loud music or discussions are not tolerated.

We ask you for your collaboration in respecting all these rules in order to avoid any kind of problem or complication.

Resting time:

Mondays to Fridays, from 21:00 to 08:00

Saturdays and Sundays, from 00:00 as 10:00.

During June’s Santos Populares Festivities, you will see that these times are a little different.

It’s not allowed to smoke in the apartments.

Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

We ask you to use electricity in a responsible manner. Please turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the apartment.

We ask you to treat the property and all its contents carefully. In case of any damage, the cost of the damaged item(s) will be deducted from your safety deposit.

Parties are not allowed.

Noise and improper behavior will be penalized and the clients may be asked to leave the apartment with no refunding or compensation.


NUMBER OF GUESTS

Clients must inform us about the exact number of people included on the reservation (i.e. number of adults, children over 10, children under 10 and babies).

Only the number of Clients mentioned on the reservation may use the apartment. The number of occupants of each apartment cannot exceed the maximum occupancy established for each apartment, except for children under 3 years old.

People with mobility issues must see the pictures carefully as accesses and stairs are not very simple.


PRIVACY

Lisbon Gateway treats all personal information confidentially and is responsible for storing and treating that information. Our clients’ personal information will not be used by any other company for marketing or promotion purposes.


IMPORTANT

If during your stay any fault occurs, please contact us for the mobile phone number provided at check-in and we will fix it as soon as possible. If we need access to the apartment for any repair or maintenance during your stay, we will notify you in advance to the contact phone number you give us.

Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF) requires all local accommodation owners to communicate all their guests’ identities. So, you will be asked some ID elements at check-in, such as your full name, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, country of residence, city of residence, number of your ID document, type of document and issuing country.
