We loved our stay at Paula’s ! Paula was there to meet us when we arrived and was so warm and welcoming. We appreciated all the little touches, like bread, fruit, coffee and wine!! The apartment was clean and and decorated so beautifully. Also appreciated the lovely toiletries and the towels were heavenly! One of the best things about this apartment was the location. The neighborhood was so much fun to explore. There were so many restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars and small gift shops, all within walking distance.

Just as described! Perfectly decorated and equipped for 4 persons. Thanks for the warm and smiling welcome. The booklet with tips/tings to do was very useful! We loved the surroundings of the flat - Alfama has a lot of small shops & restaurants, (we enjoyed the Fado-songs!) - and there is easy access to transportation near the Tejo. We give our best recommendations.

Brilliant apartment! Great location! It's a modern, great flat with super comfortable beds. The attention to detail is lovely, and the wine and food provided is a kind welcome gesture. Worth noting the stairs are very steep and it has 2 staircases. I would definitely recommend! Thanks for having us!

The prices quoted are per apartment, considering a 4 person group. For each extra person we charge an additional value, mentioned in the apartment’s descriptions.
The number of occupants must never exceed maximum occupancy except if they are children under the age of 3.
There is Lisbon Touristic Rate of 1€ per person per night up to a maximum 7 nights stay that will be charged at check-out. Children under 13 years old are exempt. We will give you more information at check-in.
There is a 35€ cleaning fee that must be paid in cash on arrival. There is a safety deposit of 200€ to be paid in cash on arrival which will be returned in full if there is no damage to the apartment.
Check-in:
Check-in is made at the apartment by someone from Lisbon Gateways office, who will receive you at the agreed time. At check-in you will receive the apartment’s keys as well as all the information about the apartment rules and regulations.
Check-out:
Check-out will happen the same way, with the devolution of the safety deposit in case there were no damages to the apartment.
The hours are the following:
Check-in – from 15:00
Check-out – until 12:00
Please inform Lisbon Getaway 2 days in advance of your estimated time of arrival. For late check-in (after 22:00) an extra fee of 20€ will be applied.
Someone from Lisbon Gateway will be expecting you at the apartment on the agreed time.

Cancellation requests are subject to the following penalties:
Yes, our apartments are equipped with bed linen and bathroom towels, as well as many kitchen utensils and small appliances.
